The A-3 Nitrate Reduction Filter Element is designed to reduce nitrates, nitrites, and sulfates in drinking water. The A-3 filter element uses an ion exchange resin that has been specially prepared for the reduction of essentially all of the nitrates, nitrites and sulfates.
